Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

      • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

      • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

      • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days.

  • International Shipping:

    • Dangled does not ship worldwide at the moment, but we are making plans for our jewelry to ship worldwide.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package’s journey.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@shopdangled.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns:

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@shopdangled.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as the return process. We will send you the desired replacement item once we receive the original item.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items, such as custom orders, personalized items, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
